Okay, I have to make a good post.
I got to a Korean market like... four or five weeks ago? When my mom was still in the hospital. And I bought some cold instant soups.
And I just had a watery radish kimchi cold soup with some soy sauce marinated soft boiled eggs I made and it was delicious. Absolutely perfect. Salty and briny and I got it to a perfect slush texture and the noodles were very chewy and delicious and I managed the perfect texture in the egg yolk and I am just very pleased.
I might try to get there agian on Tuesday for some gimbap. That'd be delicious.
