Fractur
Acrylic, steel, wood
Josh Harbord, 2017
Techniques of collage applied to a three dimensional grid system of shape and reflection. The design enables composition change, offering hundreds of variations. The sculpture has a simple visual language whilst the Fractur comes through the movement of the viewer. Colour, line and shape collide to shift perspective, creating new pockets of space within space.

I did a little lettering today to celebrate an important month!
Note - I was going for some “snow” but ended up with several unintentional snowballs. Trying to think of it as depth of field.
