A BreakThrough form born from the negative perception of the beholder. This form is often associated with the evil and dreadful, though ironically, some of the most prominent heroes acquired this form to protect their people.

This form is highly difficult to control due to its connection to the unstable, negative emotions & self-perception within one's mind. The form often becomes inert after the creature realises that their actions were for the betterment of their people, resulting in an Ethereum Revol

The Fractum form can only be achieved by beings capable of morally bound thought processes

It took Morty 10 minutes to realize what it meant…That good-bye that Rose told him meant that she was going to go and stay with Sonic

"I must get my bae to come back to me before she does the do with Sonic and marries him…."

Morty ran into the pouring rain to look for Rose, not realzing that she had gone to Mobius already, luckily, Morty can teleport there.

"Mobius!"

In a blinding flash of light, Morty teleported on to Mobius…

"My bae…Where are you? I must find you!"

Morty turned to see Sonic and Rose holding hands, he stormed over to them,

Composite sketch and value study for the first illustration, which, by the way, I've finally figured out. Only now did I realise how much time I'll need to spend on the illustrations for the book, but at least I've finally found a workflow I'm comfortable with.

Fragment from a failed attempt at the very first illustration from the book (the one that goes on top of the text I posted some time ago). I've possibly tried about 4-5 different versions of that drawing, not only because I was displeased with the result but also because the workflow I used didn't quite feel right - and with a project of this size, I should probably figure that sort of thing out to keep the drawings consistent.
