I think the hem of the average flapper dress went down to the knee? I just wish I could fit it into context, given a lot of the flapper culture dealt with rebellion to my memory - she'd like that part lol (rebelling against what was expected of women ).
Some of the flapper dresses out there were a bit ridiculous (could have sworn I saw one on tumblr where the skirt was made up of nothing but ribbons and jewelry). It would probably be a flapper dress on the simpler side but with enough pearls and whatnot to look the part, with headbands, etc.
