The fact that there are 123 Frances in the parallel universe and everyone is running around naked with only cat ears and a tail leads me to believe the place is essentially just chaos. This is the Tartarus of Hetalia.
Also, Parallel France and Parallel Spain are a couple, and they both ended up with crushes on regular Belgium. I'm actually fine with canon couples in parallel universes since it doesn't affect the main universe, which should remain neutral in regard to pairings.
