Bho’s fishing/merchant ship. Bho is a raptorik based on a Frigate bird and has a big obnoxious personality. Runs trades along the Tidelord’s domain.

Jharak the fae dragon mans the two watchtowers on the outskirts. He watches for maren or hostile dragons. (Long story short the Chief, Leviathan, rage killed a ton of maren so now they hate the villagers). He lights the lamp is there’s trouble. There’s a tiny fae-sized cabin in the roof.

Kokiri runs an infirmary of sorts. She crafts her own medicines and tends to wounds best she can. She doesn’t believe in using magic to heal wounds. She has a serthis apprentice named Rashaak. The serthis was beaten up many times by his kinsmen but always came out alive. He’s missing an arm and covered in scars. He’s training to heal others too.

General shop run by Jango and Melon. Jango runs a black market and stores most of his goods under the general shop. His horde of black cats guard his secret stash, while some work as package delivery. 

Valoo’s Pub. He mainly serves seafood and alcohol. He takes his job seriously and will physically hurt anyone that insults his food. Pictured are the pub + loading area/pantry.

Various houses belonging to villagers. I have them all labeled with signs, they’re not really visible in the pics.

The Sacred Mountain, a burial site for deceased villagers. The cavern spirals down to a deep pool at the base. The river inside has headstones carved with blue dyes. The villager closest to the dead will stand vigil at their new headstone. The pool at the bottom is home to Naida, a small half-dragon half-meren child who watches over the dead. Though she appears young, she’s as ancient as the mountain itself.

And here is where I’ll be building Tidehome, a huge underwater city. The lighthouse marks the entry. It’s hopefully going to be x10 the size of saltspray so it'll probably take forever!
