Tay and Kara share Boss responsibilities like Trevor has; Kara manages all the intelligence and sends people out on all the small missions and jobs fprc runs, while Tay knows everyone and bullies them into better job performance, and helps set up crews for larger missions. when people get sent to meet The Boss, it’s basically always Tay.

Chilled is the spokesman for the whole crew; basically the Kingpin role. he’s the one who finds recruits, negotiates with contacts, and generally does all the legwork that Tay and Kara don’t have time for and don’t trust anyone else to do. he’s also the only person who’s recognized outside their circle of contacts, as he’s the only person who’s ever been officially tied to the fprc (and that was a mistake). everyone knows him, and he’s the reason most of the fprc exists.

The first time Jeremy meets Tay she’s seated on a throne built out of rusted construction vehicles and rebar in the shadows of the FPRC’s hangar. He has no idea what to make of her, since he had barely known she existed before this meeting and Chilled was very cagey about her when he told Jeremy about her, but once she starts dragging him for choosing the name “Rimmy Tim” she drops into a bantering tone and he feels comfortable around her very quickly.

Jeremy had only met Ray a handful of times through the fahc, but they reconnect when Ray comes back from a long job with Ze and finds out he’s joined up with fprc too.

Jeremy and Matt end up much closer in fprc than they were in fahc. They also both get closer to Tom, and Jeremy ends up refereeing their street races fairly often. They also take jobs with Alfredo pretty regularly, for both fprc and fdbc.
