I can't be in l-
"Impossible." Was the first thing that she muttered, that came out of her lips. Ears were perked up high on her head, giving the occasional twitches here and there and sometimes lowering. "It's impossible. There's no way that.." Trailing off, her arms crossed over her chest, an ugly scowl forming on her lips. What was Zakuro going on about now? Well it was Tomoe. That stupid idiot always seemed to do something that got on her nerves.
Most of her thoughts were on that kiss that he had given to her. It had been out of nowhere, and while at that time, she had been a little peeved that her first kiss had been taken, she also had enjoyed it. Of course, she didn't tell Tomoe this and the morning after Zakuro discovered that he stayed in her room, she kicked him out, ignoring him for about half a day. A week passed by, and then another, and the two went on with normal life as usual again. Zakuro hadn't stayed mad at him for long. There was something odd that she noticed whenever she was around him, though. Her heart would race, and she would get more flustered than usual. There was also an odd feeling in the pits of her stomach. She had written to her friends back at home, hoping to get answers and they gave it to her; Love.
She was in love with Tomoe. It was impossible, there was no way that could happen, yet- She knew she was only lying to herself. Out of all the people who would gather my interest..it had to be him. Why?
Her fingers idly fiddled with the crumpled up piece of letter that she had received from Susukihotaru and the others. On it, each of them had written how happy they were for her, and congratulated the foxed eared girl. They also wrote lots of silly stuff at the bottom about writing back to them about how her dates went, to take lots of pictures, and to be safe whenever she decided to give herself to her love interest. God, they were so embarrassing. Sighing out softly, she folded the letter, tucking it away in a small drawer with the rest of the ones she had.
"I can't believe this.." What was she supposed to do now? It was weird being around Tomoe already, and knowing her feelings for him, she didn't want to do anything stupid.
