               what   is   hell   for   her   is   goddamn   heaven   for   him!      who   better   to   be   stuck   in   an   old   storage   room   with   than   the   former   president   of   the   united   states!      mellie   grant   was   such   a   prize,   one   he   has   been   trying   his   damnedest   to   win!      she’s   a   fighter   though,   always   resisting   his   charms.      and   trust   that   he   lays   it   on   thick   for   her!      he   wants   her,   and   this   unfortunate   situation   they’ve   found   themselves   in   just   might   be   the   mother   fucking   key   to   success!

               it   had   been   a   hell   of   a   time   for   a   herd   to   spring   up,   but   that’s   what   they   do   isn’t   it?      pop   up   at   the   worst   possible   times!      they’d   had   to   find   the   closest   place   to   take   shelter   in   this   old   hospital,   and   the   small   linen   room   was   the   first   viable   option.      he   had   pushed   her   into   the   safety   of   the   room   first   (   don’t   say   he’s   not   a   gentleman!   ),   kicking   back   one   of   the   dead   freaks   before   shutting   the   door.      he   pushed   a   cabinet   against   the   door   to   hopefully   provide   a   decent   enough   barricade   until   they   lost   interest   and   wandered   off.      god   only   knows   how   long   that   will   take.      oh   well,   negan   has   plenty   of   ideas   of   how   to   pass   the   time…      it’s   just   a   matter   of   breaking   past   her   stubborn   nature.

grey-sloan memorial had been through quite a few things the whole time alex had been here, a lockdown, a code pink, the plane crash, the list went on. alex couldn't even keep track of who was chief of surgery at this point and he didn't really care. he was an attending, he was a good pediatric surgeon, and thank god cristina and meredith still put up with him.

               ❝   well   ho-ly   shit!      bestill   my   beating   heart,   it   is   the   goddamn   president!   ❞      well…      used   to   be   president.      don’t   know   if   one   could   really   consider   her   to   be   that   anymore.      there   were   no   more   politics,   no   governments,   it   was   all   just   pure   chaos   now.      survival   of   the   fittest,   that’s   about   it.      as   far   as   negan   was   concerned,   the   saviors   were   the   most   motherfucking   fit   of   them   all!      now   just   imagine   it,   having   the   former   president   as   a   savior!      not   to   be   crass   but   that   image   was   hot   as   shit!      he’d   always   thought   she   was   smoking,   even   before   all   of   this.      maybe   now   he   had   a   chance.      the   idea   of   being   able   to   say   he’d   banged   a   president?      well   now   that   was   a   high   honor!

              it took him a moment to register that he was the one she was talking to. he figures that she was just talking about her situation in particular, that it never worked out for her the way she wants, because, yeah, life as of late has been sort of shit for everyone. and, he figures that he wasn’t the sort of person that left someone with the impression that he was someone who thought things got better just because he wanted them to.
