Collin wasn’t entirely sure what he was doing here, or how his brother had talked him into going out with their parents for dinner. Especially since he was still bearing a grudge against his father for ruining his childhood, and his mother for never being there because of her work. As they would continue to ask him questions about how his life had turned out, he just sighed lightly, and looked at his phone. So far he had manged to answer their endless questions with vague responses. But when they asked about his love life, he would panic on the inside, however, while staying calm on the outside. Collin wasn’t sure how to get out of this one. After all it had been years since he broke up with Emily, and he hadn’t really had any serious relationships since.

Jax was tending his garden when his familiar hissed. Turning, he noticed the white Angora cat had found a fox kit hidden amongst the rosebushes; it was a small thing but the witch could sense something not so normal about this particular kit. Picking up his cat, Jax let the Angora settle along his broad shoulders before looking at the fox. The Russian chuckled, “So are you good fox or bad fox?” 

“Pfft.. That’s a minor detail.. Besides.. I’m fairly certain that the words other people would use, if they knew the truth, include ‘abomination’ and ‘disgrace’.. - Speaking of which.. How are you going to explain this to your friends above?..” He gestured to her bum, that would only grow bigger with time.
