Another Thanksgiving episode for FOX and it is marvelous, one of the best holiday episodes I've seen in some time. When Burt's parents decide to come over for Thanksgiving last minute, the family decides to show off their improved lifestyle… by stealing a house.

As soon as Burt agrees to let his parents come over they quickly remember all the terrible things they've said to Burt about his life. Burt's always been the family disappointment and he's determined to not let that continue. Virginia remembers that she saw on one of her client's calendars that they would be out of town for Thanksgiving so the family talks action. 

They quickly move into her clients' house and put their own pictures on the wall. They create whole backstories for themselves including one that involves Sabrina being Hope's mother and her and Jimmy being married. When his parents come over they are thoroughly impressed by the display. Everyone acts perfectly and they seem to be getting away with it. Burt's parents even have a revelation - they've lost all their money and now that Burt is doing so well, request to stay with him until they get back on their feet. Burt agrees despite the piling up of lies.

However, the next morning the real owners come back to find everyone sleeping in their beds. They have to evacuate and go back to their own house, admitting to Burt's parents that everything was a lie. His parents decide to attempt to live the poor life with the family and start adjusting to their ways. However, when push comes to shove, they can't live this lifestyle and decide to go to Burt's brother in hopes of a brighter future.

It was a great episode and a fantastic twist on the traditional Thanksgiving fair - very Raising Hope. It airs Tuesday at 9:30pm on FOX.
