Clinical Study, Week ????
Last night I went to my weekly session for the clinical study I’m participating in.  The study is focused on using Mindful Awareness (meditation) to reduce stress and anxiety and seeing how the reduction in stress and anxiety affects blood sugar levels.
Yesterday we discussed time management.
Our time was divided into 4 quadrants. I won’t get into all of the quadrants because it’s not really important, but the fourth quadrant labeled “not urgent/not important” was where social media and tv landed.  This was decided by the entire group.  We were told that in order to have successful time management, we need to spend as little time in the fourth quadrant as possible. I mean, this wasn’t a direct order, just a suggestion for a more productive life. On one hand I agree with this philosophy, but on the other hand, The Fourth Quadrant is kind of my happy place.
