‘Why do I have to be the one to do this. It’s not like I kissed him to begin with. I still think he should be the one coming over to apologize to me, not the other way around.’ Sora thought to himself, making his way towards Kei’s location, gathering all his thoughts together before confronting the taller teen. ‘I don’t understand why he thought about doing that in the first place. I thought he wasn’t going to that level of teasing me. Sure he’s gotten me here and there, but I wouldn’t have thought he would go that far. But now thinking about it, if it was him just teasing me for a reaction, why would he run away like that? I don’t know if what everyone else says is true or not.’ Sora stops walking, as if listening to his own heart speed up from embarrassment. He was only embarrass by the moment... but that was it. His heart didn’t feel what the taller one felt.

Sora continue walking, thinking back to himself, how strange and quiet the walk felt in silence. ‘I just need to get to the bottom of all this. But what can I say that won’t hurt his feelings? I like him... but just as the ‘older brother’ figure he always talks about. What can I say to not hurt his feelings? I feel bad... I didn’t expect anyone to like me... like me, the way he does. Evie always did enjoy holidays; which included Christmas. It did not matter to her that she was a permanent resident of the naughty list. To Evie, the holidays were about family and friends.
