Today was a big day for me as I was a Key Speaker at the 'Aspire to Achieve' conference 2017 in Essex which focuses on improving the educational outcome of young people in Care. It was the first time I did Public speaking to over a 100 people but was loving it as it came from a place of passion and experience. It felt good to connect with teachers, officers and advisors who resonated with my message and had potential projects they would like to get my thoughts on. I made a conscious shift to focus on this way of giving back this year and already I'm loving it!
