I just want to address something serious and very dear to me today, and that is mental health. • Over the past few months, I have learned that some of my loved ones, friends, and colleagues have struggled and continue to struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, and bouts of depression. It is a reality that I only recently have been exposed to, and it is heart-wrenching to see people you love succumb to mental distress despite their best efforts to fight it. Never in a million years did I think that it could happen to those I personally know, but times have changed— it could truly happen to anyone. • I just want to say to everyone with this struggle, especially those close and dear to me: I AM HERE. We are here. In your darkest hours, remember that there are people who care for you, who love you, who wish for nothing else but for light to cast out the shadows and the demons in your mind. If you’re feeling like you’re at the edge, despondent and alone, message me, call me, talk to me. I’ll be there.
