after the death of the mind melder, he surrendered himself to the remaining members of the original protectors. understanding that he is also a victim, agetor vouched for him and he was rehabilitated. he is now the head of the lazarus front.

the beekeeper is an old villain from the golden days of fortitude hall, who was, at one point, considered captain fortitude’s biggest enemy before the mind melder appeared. there has been contention about the keeper's true nature, as some people believe he is the original, contradicting fortitude hall's report that he died long ago.
known for : controlling insects; his entire body is composed of an insect swarm.
a former board member of the three heads, bulletpoint was kicked out of the company after he started manifesting his powers. in a desperate attempt to maintain his lifestyle and power hunger, he started his own criminal ring, initiating a string of robberies and rampages through elysium city and around the world.
known for : producing all kinds of ammunition from his body, mostly submachine gun bullets from his hands.
the origins of lady moreau are not fully known; the only established fact is that she was a genius in biology and biochemistry before turning to a life of villainy. her main operational hq is the underground subway system of modern elysium city and the old cave systems of the original town. finding her hideout is challenging for fortitude hall, as she seems to dig deeper every time they scratch the surface of her location.
known for : using her genius to create abominable monsters, which she connects to through an empathic link and launches into the city as her "experiments."
pollen is an alien of unknown origin whose entire body is made of pollen-producing flora, most of which are toxic and potentially fatal to anyone who inhales them. they are usually docile and keep to themselves, but there are records of attacks that fortitude hall has answered. most have only been disruptive, never deadly. pollen is not considered a villain but is on the lazarus front’s tight watch list.
known for : producing any and all kinds of pollen and spores, both from earth and from other planets. can be volatile in certain situations.
an artist obsessed with his creations and the concept of perfection. following his magnum opus, le magnifique amplified his desire for art by abandoning traditional mediums to “find art in the unconventional.” he was only considered a threat by the lazarus front when one of his art installments included explosives and live people as his medium, causing massive damage to elysium city’s downtown.
known for : not having any inherent powers, but his expertise in art, engineering, chemistry, and obsession makes him formidable.

known for : controlling living things against their will through possession; also a master of sympathetic magic, which allows her to bind someone’s body to an object to induce injuries or pain.
this is a criminal group headed by jack stingy, a superhuman with the ability of near-immortality and regeneration. they are the main users and distributors of the street drug crash, derived from a bootlegged version of the cratus 001, which provides regular people with temporary powers at the cost of their bodies and sanity.

known for : being ruthless and deadly, with an iconic suit-and-tie attire and a mask that symbolizes their version of “jack.”

THE DIVINE HAND
the divine hand is an extremist group headed by three low-level superhumans: anima, viscera, and simulacra. believing they are the only true superheroes gifted by god, they have built a cult that worships them and prosecutes the existence of other superhero groups, including the protectors.
operation : primarily focuses on building their cult and harassing other superhero groups.
known for : being mostly disruptive and an annoyance, though they have been amping up their antics lately, becoming more assertive in their beliefs.

THE COVINGTON ENTERPRISE
the covington enterprise is one of the biggest conglomerates in the world, headed by the superhuman arthur covington, a talented inventor and former protégé of the tinkerer. his company was allegedly built from the ground up by his hatred towards fortitude hall, who kicked him out for his terrible attitude and hostile behavior. since then, he has focused on creating technology aimed at surpassing any type of superhero.
status : as far as fortitude hall and the lazarus front are concerned, it is a legitimate company with a decent reputation. focus is currently on arthur, who shows signs of a possible shift to villainy.

THE WAREHOUSE
the warehouse is a superhuman bar and gym located deep in downtown elysium city, owned by former villain ten stack, who has super strength and the ability to duplicate himself 10 times. after 15 years in jail, he was released under the condition that he would never return to villainy, demanding the warehouse be returned to him. it operates as a gym and training center during the day and a bar/fight club at night.
status : fortitude hall and the lazarus front do not interfere as long as ten stack keeps his end of the agreement, but they maintain constant surveillance.
