People ask me… Why do you post so much on social media? My answer remains the same: It is not about getting a bunch of likes or followers, it is all about “The One” that ONE person God is targeting with that one post. So, I will be the one for “The One” person who needs that #Truth that encouragement, that hope, that peace that my one post brings to them. I call it #DivineAppointment and God sets it up.

She is here on a strange land for the  for the first time miles away from her home, mom, her bike, her very few friends.. She quit her successful career, and no one would understand what is she upto in life. It was cold, she was alone in a basement room, doing things that she never ever did in life - cooking, cleaning, washing and what not ! She was there for her higher education, that had nothing to do with what she wanted to be in her life, except that it gave her a way to escape from every wall that she and her family built around her back in her homeland. Every time she breaks down, she would tell herself that he is worth all this :) he is..

In Nairobi, we drove by the second largest slum in Kenya — over a million people it was said. In Uganda, we had the privilege of ministering in the largest slum in the capital city. At first, an overwhelming feeling weighed over me, helplessness...I’m so small, I thought, what could a person possibly do to help with issues such as these? But no, I cannot and will not let the enormity of a problem whether overseas or in our own backyard keep me from doing anything. The Lord left the 99 for the 1. One heart matters. I believe change starts with prayer, and us individually acknowledging//loving the one. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • So what is my part to play? when I go out into the world, the weight and desperation of that question increases. Father God, what solutions have you placed within me for the great pains our world faces? My prayer is that I may continue walking where God’s spirit leads; and never stop doing something — anything.
