I finally was able to persuade a co-worker of mine to go @whole30... it only took 3 years to get him to take the first step. Although he's currently in the sugar detox hell that is week two, he's reporting looser clothes, noticeably easier walks, and overall better energy. These meals I share with him as a way to underline my own commitment likewise.
