     “  XION  -  WOULD YOU  . . .  STAY  with me for a couple nights  ?   ”    at this point,  davina’s terrified of just about  . . .  everything  these days.  she’s afraid of what’s out there,  what she can do,  what anyone else could do  -  it’s an empty playing field,  and davina’s not sure if she knows how to play the game  -  or if she wants to know how.    “   and do this  stupid  . . .  trick-or-treating  thing,  too.   ”   |  @forgottenpuppct  plotted  !

a quiet laugh escapes at the action and stan shakes his head at the girl, “i’m sorry, i’m paying attention this time. i promise.”

pride is faintly amused by her words, but he can’t let her onto the fact that he’s really not human at all.  “you’re right!” he exclaims, a (fake) smile coming to his face.  “but i never thought i was pathetic.”

seven’s eyebrows furrow inward and he debates telling her the truth for the briefest of moments before he shakes that thought away and plasters a silly grin across his face, forcing the tension to leave his shoulders. “of course i am! i’m just trying to decide which wig i should buy. i don’t think bianca has ever seen my dressed as a girl so i’m going to surprise her while she’s at work. i doubt she’ll even recognize me.” a pause. “do you think i should go with the red one or the blonde one?”

“An incredibly graceful display of accidental destruction, of course,” she said smoothly before bending over to pick up the pieces of the mug she had dropped. At least it was empty. “Some people fall and break something. I only did one of those things.”
