Not sold until 2nd December 1927 when production ended in March 1932 4,849,340 models had been produced. The engine was a 201 Ci water cooled 4 cylinder giving 40 bhp, Manufactured in the USA, Argentine, Germany, Ireland and England and available in numerous body styles. European car were taxed according to engine size and the European cars were fitted with a smaller 2033 cc engine which still attracted an annual car tax of £ 24. The 1930-31 models received a new enlarged radiator and hood. DS 8941 This car is was manufactured in Britain in 1930, when new it was fitted with the smaller British spec engine. It is believed she was exported to France which would explain why the speed-o-metre is in kilometres, she later moved to Denmark from where she was repatriated in 1989, and purchased by the current owner in 2005, Since returning to the UK many updates have been made, including re-upholstery and fitting of a standard ratio back axle, the electrics are now 12 volt which has improved starting and the head light beam. The engine is a standard 24hp 3285cc four cylinder Model A side valve, which is understood to have been fitted while the car was in Europe.
