Here’s my version:
I started saving my used coffee grounds in a little tub in the fridge. They make great fertilizer (among lots of other things) and our garden soil is soooo dead
Sent my mom a roundup of credible articles on how to rehab dead garden soil for our yard (my mom is a very determined about gardening but keeps trusting all the culturally super common bad advice, so hopefully this will help progress actually stick this year). She's planning on going in on it already! Lots of stuff I learned from solarpunk and anti-lawn people!
Uh does "reusing lots of trash by giving it to my pet rats to play with for a week" count? lol
I keep being thwarted by my damn sleep disorder, but SOON I am going to pick up our sewing machine from the repair shop so I can make progress on the mending pile that's been building up for like 5 months now
