Time Bokan Gag Robot: Orokabu
The Orokabu, aka Foolish Turnip or Kabuki Turnip, was first introduced in Yattodetaman, and quickly became a Time Bokan series mainstay. She's the second most popular gag robot behind Odate Buta, and tends to make just as many cameos as it too.
The Orakabu scolds the villains for their incompetence, although when she pops up varies from show to show. Usually it's after the trios' mecha explode though.
Like many things in Time Bokan, it's name, appearance, and dialogue is essentially wordplay. "Oroka" is the japanese word for "fool" or "foolish", kabu is the japanese word for turnip. Hence why it says "oroka...bu".
In addition to that, it's got a kabuki style going on, and "orokabu" sounds similar to "onna-kabuki", or woman kabuki, which were common in the earliest forms of Kabuki theater but not as much today.
