Its really good! But I might be a bit biased bc. i have fish autism and really like anything that has to do with submarines or the whole everything is underwater bc of natural disasters/global warming. now thats what I call good fansevice૮( ꈍ◡ꈍ)ა
It has really good pacing, and it is good at the whole show not tell thing. Its also so grate to see a famine character (the fish girl) get to be naked in a not sexual way, on that I don't actually think any of the characters get sexualised.
It has some janky 3D (it was released in 1998 lol) animation but considering how amazing everything else looks, its totally worth it ૮(∩˃o˂∩)ა
