I like to think that Thorn visits the Fone Bone statue in Athenia very often after he left. She misses him, a lot.
Wow some late Inktober stuff.

Fone Bone and Cerebus at the Olympic Games: This is a dress up parody of the first Mario and Sonic Wii cover based on the first Mario and Sonic game I used to play with one of my cousins 14 years ago back then, I decided to draw Fone Bone as Mario and Cerebus the Aardvark as Sonic the hedgehog because I thought it would be fun and interesting to interpret how their reputations compare to the video game icons we know today, like how Cerebus lived his life being an Enduring Comic Icon like how Sonic lived his life being an Enduring Game Icon for years now, while Mario and Bone have both been innovative for years and have gained a lot more attention with all ages audiences for so many generations now, because I feel like both Bone and Cerebus must’ve had a similar rivalry comparable to the rivalry that Mario and Sonic have had for a long time now, kinda made me realize Sonic who came 6 years after Mario has been living in Mario’s shadow since Sega Ruined Sonic after they stopped making their game consoles 20 years ago, just like how Cerebus who came 14 years before Fone Bone has been living in Bone’s shadow since 2004 where both those indie comics ended in of course, where the bone comics have gained more attention with their audience after their saga ended while whereas Cerebus’s fame and existence had faded into obscurity while living in the Bone franchise’s shadow since both Cerebus and his creator had betrayed and alienated their fans, families, and friends meta simultaneously since that infamous Mothers and Daughters storyline of Cerebus and after the Cerebus saga ended in 2004, I drew Fone’s smiley cheeks on top of his mustache in that Asterix style because I thought it would be fun to draw that stylistic cartoon expression, and I drew Cerebus in Miku’s Sonic Hoodie Costume because I thought would be a fun and easy costume design to fit Cerebus’s size already in style too, I’ve definitely seen that Cerebus-Sonic parody reference in Megas XLR8 in that one episode once alongside those Mario and Luigi parody floats I saw once too. I hope you folks like it. #marioandsonic #cerebus #fonebone #fanart #parody #traditionalart #comics #videogames #ecf #ecfartcenters (at Inglewood, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cbv_YmDLz-W/?utm_medium=tumblr
Fone Bone-Sonic Style: This is Sonic Styled Sketch of Fone Bone from the Bone Graphic Novel Saga I drew in that style for fun a week ago that I forgot to post onto my current Social Media platforms before I eventually decided to post pictures of my Extended Family Tree’s Sonic Avatar portraits and belated Elfsona Portrait onto Instagram and Tumblr as belated Christmas Gifts almost two weeks ago, I also bought the Bone One Volume Epic Book a month ago at my local Barnes & Noble bookstore closest to my neighborhood, so that I could reread the Bone Saga in it’s original B&W indie comic art form for fun and artistic inspiration since I had completed my collection of having previously bought and read all 9 books of the whole Bone Color Series 10+ years ago along with all 4 movie poster size like books of R.A.S.L. Since I became both a Bone Fan and a Jeff Smith Fan of Jeff Smith’s three best Comic Series back in the early 2010’s before he started his work on the Tuki Comic series which he started off as a webcomic which I read too back in the mid 2010’s until it later became a Graphic Novel Series here in the current early 2020’s that I’m now currently Read-Following too as of this post so far these days, I’m planning on buying the 2nd volume of Tuki next too but only until my family and I can find and buy ourselves some new big boxes to put away my now full Bookshelf of 10 to 20 year old books that I don’t read anymore and move em’ into one of my family’s two storage sheds one of these days so that I’ll be able to make room for new books in the future one of these days. I hope you folks like this Fone Bone sonic style sketch I’ve just here today. #bonecomics #sonicstyle #fanart #traditionalart #fonebone #ecf #ecfartcenters (at Inglewood, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CbOHrtxvxQc/?utm_medium=tumblr
