Hmmmm this is a bit difficult, but I’m rather sure this is a young specimen of CONOCYBE RICKENIANA. The white bit at the base is a rather good indicator. It’s poisonous, so please don’t eat it. It won’t harm your plant though, but it’s worth considering removing it in case you have pets.
