hi i have a tip! i’m afab and non-binary but i’m very much on the male side of the spectrum and listening to songs with male singers that i know the lyrics to and singing along to it really helped alleviate my dysphoria for a bit! you could also do the same with songs with female singers!
OKAY 👏
Please give your recommendations on where to find/watch Twisted Wonderland walkthroughs with English subs, I now plan to watch/obsess over the game in my free time. And later write for it. òwó.
(And also I plan on going back to writing as normal aka requests on Tuesday or Wednesday maybe eariler)
This is in response to the Kronk Martial arts post. I have to deal with fragile men's egos ALL the time. And your post made me laugh because it's true!!! I have another route, instead of Crushing them. I play with them like a cat with its food, I land a few good hits and then don't let them hit me for the rest of the match. My instructor doesn't notice and it gives me a chance to rest. ^.^ I honestly hate new male white belts bcuz they often hit on me AND get mad when i beat them.
Here’s some advice Women! You don’t want to crush absolute newcomers to the point where they want to quit Martial Arts, but if they have a bit of experience under their belt (have come a few times or are at the point where they started paying for classes since usually at least one class is free for absolute newcomers to try out) and decide to quit after losing to you because you’re a girl (not because you don’t Respect them as an opponent-stopping when they tap out, holding back to a certain extent so as not to injure them because they don’t have the skills to handle certain moves you throw at them, etc) then that’s their problem. If they can’t handle losing to a girl then they are in the wrong place, or if they can’t handle a girl being better than them at something then they are in the wrong place.

I thought it’s be a good idea to post art advice prompts every now and then so people can pass on their knowledge, so here’s the first one:
What advice would you give to your former self as an artist that you wish you knew earlier?

Don’t be afraid to leave behind all you know, whatever you build will be better than what you leave
I really want stronger meds than just the typical antidepressants prescribed to me, as they have stopped having any effect at all really. I haven’t been officially diagnosed with BPD, but a few psychotherapists and stuff have suggested I most likely do have it but also said I should put off going for an official diagnosis due to the stigma of having it (it’s so difficult to anyways). I’m really struggling at the moment and just really would like to up my meds and try a stronger type because I’m not coping at all. I’m just looking for some advice if I can, please? Are there stronger anti-depressants than the generic ones that I can push for? Or will anything stronger require some kind of diagnosis? Thank you!
