So anyway I've supported Andywg by bike on another long run, run the Folkestone 10k, supported daisymayw on her return from injury marathon and ran 5 miles of it with her at Kent roadrunner marathon, handed in my ma formal proposal left my job started a new job and am commuting weekly to brizzle until I move end of june! Missing andywg tho ! Aaaaaand tonight I found a lowcal (brizzle pronunciation!) 5k for £4 - bargain and am gonna have a bash. It's bloody windy an hilly tho but I've paid now so here goes.
