A headmate who isn't affected by the bodies mental illness for any reason, & is able to do things other headmates might have a harder time doing or may not be able to do at all. (EX: taking care of the body, ignoring compulsions, eating, ect.)

Not inherently a protector or persecutor role unless the headmate using it wants it to be.
