Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
Focus shift.
A week and a half ago I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. The root cause of this accident: snow. Today I got called into work and as I watched the snow fall I was filled with a touch of fear. Not only that but in general I just didn’t want to go into work. I found myself in this time losing peace and joy I should rightfully have because of Christ. So as I ate my breakfast and got ready for my shift, I turned my focus on Him. I started praying and just confronting Him with my fears. I can’t say immediately I felt better, but the more I focused on Him the more comforted I was. (Also my dad was kind enough to offer to drive me in today) I may not be super excited for work today but God planned this day long before I was born and I can put my trust in Him that today will be okay.
