i'd recommend fallout 3, 1 and 2 are good but really different to 3 and new vegas.

Start with whichever looks interesting. I started with fallout 3. You may miss a few small details that are from the previous games but nothing huge or important.

i personally haven't played fallout 1 or 2, and i didn't feel like i was missing out while playing. fallout 3 and new vegas are absolutely amazing.

I chopped about 12in of my hair off last month. It was wonderfully freeing and a lot easier to style
Good for you! Unfortunately, if I had straight hair, this would probably be the case. However, if I cut my hair, I will once again be curly and styling curly hair is not super easy. It's pretty though, and I kinda miss them. I've had long hair now for about five years.
