maggot was originally a human, but being desperate for money, allowed himself to be used for scientific tests and trials. one of the trials spliced his human dna with fly dna, causing him to slowly morph into a mutated abomination. with no where else to go, he got recruited as a hep, shortly after garbo.
he doesn't really like SaFeL that much and he's aware of some of the things they've done, but he believes they're homeworld's only hope
he and garbo get along well due to their shared awkward nature and they often go hunting for trinkets together. they have a mutual crush on each other but they're both oblivious to the other's feelings
boggles originally didn't like maggot, but he took a liking to her and tends to follow her around like a lost puppy. she'd like him more if he wasn't so clingy and pathetic. maggot thinks boggles is very cool and he likes watching her do circus tricks
matador doesn't like maggot. they think he needs to grow a spine and stand up for himself more. matador tends to avoid him when possible. maggot is scared by their intense aura. and the fire...
diablo tolerates maggot, but doesn't like that he was originally human. he does let maggot use his paint supplies on occasion, though. maggot thinks the two of them are close because they paint together
marianna doesn't like maggot because he always seems to be glaring at her and it makes her really uncomfortable. maggot is freaked out by marianna, but isn't sure why. something about her just causes a reaction inside him that doesn't sit well with him
stocky mostly just thinks maggot is a loser. and maggot doesn't like stocky cuz he's mean to him
