The outside of these oven-baked tater tots is crispy, and the inside is fluffy. They're great as a snack or side dish for any event.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Grate the potatoes and chop the onion. Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in. Cut the potato mixture into small tubes or tater tots. For each tot, use about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Leave a little space between each tater tot on a baking sheet that has been greased. Spray a little cooking spray on the tater tots or brush olive oil on them. Bake in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip the food over halfway through baking. Take it out of the oven when it's done and let it cool a bit before serving. Enjoy your tater tots that you made yourself in the oven!
