DAY 1 - FIRSTS

Hey everyone. So of course I'm late to the party... but here's my small contribution for Day 1 of our @mmfluffweek 😍

This is based on the Christmas Special DLC. I hope you like it.

A Perfect Christmas Date - Zen & MC

Walking hand in hand, Zen glances at the girl next to him. Her nose is red from the cold, but she wears a happy smile on her lips, her eyes upward, enjoying the Christmas lights. He can't contain a smile of his own, nor the chuckle that follows. 

- You look like Rudolf, MC. 

- Oh? 

Her eyes widen and she touches her nose with her free hand, letting out a giggle. He stops, adjusting the red couple's matching scarf around her neck. 

- You're the cutest reindeer I've seen all season, but you need to keep your body warm or you'll get sick. It's cold and it's getting late. Christmas is almost over. 

She giggles again and glances at her watch before focusing her attention back on her boyfriend. 

- You're right, but I'm not cold, despite what my nose says. Did you have fun, Hyun? Did you enjoy your first Christmas date?

Even though she says she's not cold, Zen wraps his arms around her, sharing his body heat. 

- Yeah, it was perfect. 

He thinks back to the events of the day. First they exchanged meaningful gifts, then they prepared, and ate, a sumptuous lunch together; later they put on their matching scarves and walked aimlessly around the city watching the Christmas decorations; had a lovely dinner date at a cozy restaurant, watched a romantic movie on the theater and now were enjoying the Christmas lights outside. 

He moves away from her, just enough to see her face. 

- Jagiya, I know it's late, but do you mind making one last stop before we go home? 

She shakes her head and he laces his fingers back with hers. They weren't that far away so they walked there, to the place they first met each other. 

Looking around she smiles at him. 

- This is where we held the event last year. 

- Yeah… man, I was so stressed out! Those rehearsals… Talking to you was the only thing keeping me sane, you know? Your words always managed to calm me down and brighten up my mood. 

Zen winks, giving her a cheeky smile. 

- They also gave me courage to rebel and come looking for you. 

She mimics his smile. 

- That was my plan all along. 

They both laugh happily. 

- But you looked very cool, arriving on your motorcycle like that.

- Hahaha right? I felt like a prince, riding at full gallop to meet my princess.

He smiles fondly at her when she giggles at his joke, the memories of that day flashing through both their minds. Grabbing her hand again, Zen leads her to the little secluded area where they shared their first kiss. 

- I remember being so nervous, telling you how I felt and the moment I kissed you.

- I was nervous too. I couldn't believe you were right in front of me, holding me in your arms. 

- Me too! Babe, let's make a promise to come back here every year, on Christmas day. No matter how busy we may be, we come back here, to the place where we shared our first kiss… until we're really old and wrinkled. 

She laughs and is about to say something but he stops her, holding her in his arms, looking deep into her eyes. 

- Because the reason my Christmas date today was perfect was because you were right there, by my side, the whole time. I hope you'll stay by my side forever, jagiya. I love you. 

With misty eyes, MC gives him a big smile. 

- I love you too, Hyun. I'll always will and I'll always be with you. 

Suddenly, snowflakes start falling all around them, although they barely register it, they're lost in each other's arms, reliving their first kiss.

And they relived it a few more times, under the falling snow, before they turned around and walked home. Together.
