These Fluffernutter Marshmallow Cookies are a delightful combination of peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate chips. They are soft, chewy, and absolutely irresistible. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup marshmallow fluff. 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the creamy peanut butter until well distributed in the dough. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. Remove from the oven and immediately spoon a dollop of marshmallow fluff onto the center of each cookie. Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts and semisweet chocolate chips over the marshmallow fluff while the cookies are still hot. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your delicious Fluffernutter Marshmallow Cookies!
