Plant of the Day
Tuesday 23 December 2025
The moving feathery, arching, silver flower heads of Miscanthus sinensis 'Starlight' (eulalia, Japanese silver grass) form a great contrast with the solid form of Taxus baccata (yew) topiary. This is a very compact and free-flowering, dwarf deciduous perennial grass.

Flowerheads
some flowerhead sketches / I did 2 artbooks ages ago with these ideas and I might do a volume 3 or revamped version maybe .
Flower Knights Tarot - the suit of swords
A project I've been working on intermittently since 2021. You can see more cards, as well as some brief elaboration, on my website.

And if you’ve ever wondered where my Tumblr avatar came from, now you know.
Day 11 & 12: We left kinda early towards our new objective, Horsens where we planned to stay for one night. But our couchsurfing host Kateřina proposed that we would join her going to the Aalborg karneval which happend to take place on the following day. And so we did. After only five hours of sleep, we got up and went to the freeway entrance and tried to hitchhike to Aalborg. It took us only a few minutes and we had somene taking us to Randers which at least brought us 70km closer to our target. In Randers we went super lucky and like the second car passing us took us the last 110km to Aalborg. There the party was allready raging and we joined the fun. In the evening we returned to Horsens by train and let the day fade out in the evening sun on the balcony of Kateřinas flat. We had so much fun staying with her, she really made our unexpected "day off" an unforgettable experience.
