I barely manage to activate it and when I do I struggle to keep it going or just instantly die. I also feel like the addition of the mechanic has made me a worse player, because I keep getting distracted by trying to get it to go off rather than actually focusing on the game, and then if I don't manage to hit flow I feel like a failure.

Idk maybe it just hasn't clicked for me yet, but I feel frustrated because everyone else seems to be having a way easier time with the mechanic.
