When Charlie and Trigg were kittens, they had to go live with my parents for 2 weeks. I had found a cat on the side of CVS Pharmacy who was scared out of his mind - I took him directly to my vet, and they recommended that I remove Charlie and Trigg from the house until that cat was cleared for ringworm. I also worked on finding a home for him in that time. Anyway, as a result, my mom made a huge impact on Charlie and Trigg and they both adore her as a result. I would say Trigg is a HUGE fan. Anyway, my mom has always called her cats by saying, "Here, kitty, kitty." And because of their time with my mom, my cats respond well to it - I try not to abuse the use of it - because it is usually followed by a treat. I recorded this video of doing that call with Charlie and Trigg - you can see my mom's magic. My mom does the call better than I do, and she tells me that too - there's nothing ever better than the original. Ha.
