My workout on Monday night was hard, but somehow I thought all I I suffered was a couple floor burns on my knees. Little did I know that i had been completely 'effed' and wouldn't figure it out until this morning. Yesterday I was exceptionally sore and decided to take a rest day, which did absolutely nothing. My head hit the pillow last night and I woke up this morning walking like I had a stick up my ass with two knees on the verge of bleeding because I stupidly neglected to put Neosporin on them. That said, my stride for the rest of the day will take on a "walk of shame" sort of look and people who don't know better will wonder what sort of sadistic extracurriculars go on in my life. My only other thought: "I'll forget all about this pain when it's replaced by the potential agony of tonight's workout." BRING IT ON!
