Turn off the electricity, water and electricity don't play nice together. 2. Pump the water out using a water pump and/or wet vac. 3. Remove all your wet items and move them to a dry location. 4. Use warm soapy water to clean the walls and floors. 5. If you have wet carpet, pull it up and the padding. Let it dry separately. 6. Remove the excess moisture with blowers and/or fans.
