Smoothing the rough edges from containers
Docker has got a lot of people very excited, but there's still an awful lot of work to do before the promise becomes a widely applicable reality.
Docker itself is improving, with a 1.0 release in June and 1.1 last week. Google's work around container management - Kubernetes - got a boost yesterday. And related activities like Clocker and Flocker continue to fill gaps in the way this stuff gets deployed.
