It gives you a real up close and personal look at the lives and stories of millions of people exactly like me and you who have had to deal with the trap of incarceration. On The Deck, shows you the bravado that one has to have when you step out on the prison yard and all eyes are on you to see what you're made of. The entire project was written on the inside. When Taurus touched down, his first order of business was to share these songs with the world to call attention to the conditions in the prison system and the violence that defines the lives of everyone on the inside.
