Gotta thank @prettyselfit_mel for stoping by yesterday . Brought a new challenge to me (pike press from a Swiss ball to a handstand) ..who thinks of this stuff (sound fun I know ) but anyway her energy is lit had me hype brought out my passion. By the end of our flow we were drenched in sweat . Idk why I practice yoga there's no answer to what's apart of you .. blame the heavens and it's stars. Idk why I like being upside down , I've been right side up my whole life. Conforming to my surroundings was never my thing The practice of yoga helped me see myself for all I was ... what I can tell you tho!! is why I can't stop ! I close my eyes and I feel growth it's more than what can be seen. it's like looking at the ocean it's endless and sometime that can be daunting .
