Trying to gain my flexibility back :(
I had to stop cheerleading cuzz of my injury but now that its healed andĀ collegeĀ starts in a bit more then two weeks i want to go out for the cheer team there...only problem is thatĀ becauseĀ i was injured I wasnt stretching and now my flexibility is shot to hell. Ā I dont know how i will get it back in time :(
