The Viscosity
The viscosity of the being
stretched towards directions
know not which by any indications
keep it away from any doing.
The flexibility to put it more practical

Stretching Tips
They don't call me a human rubber band for nothing.
1) Start with a warm up. Just some basic hamstring, quads, arms, and back. Then warm up your body with some jump rope, jogging, etc. Warm muscles retain stretch better.
2) Take it easy. If you can't do something, don't push too hard for it. That's how injuries happen.
3) Hold for 20-30 counts. And repeat!
4) Shake out when you're done. Whether it's just jumping around to shake out or a legit swing out, do it.
5) Do your warm up stretches again at the end
