the circumstances of his birth, the particulars of the breaking of culture he was raised in, his ethnicity, his overall appearance, and even the softness he was raised to have, in a person who most of his peers perceived as a boy, have always put a large target on his back, and for most of his life he believed what they said about him was true and made himself smaller, inferior, hidden
thankfully his life has taken him to places where he can objectively see these things are Not Flaws, and heās vocal on calling out bigotry and racism when he sees it, but there are still many instances in his daily life when he feels othered (particularly related to his aversion to dating culture and toxic romantic tropes) and has to really fight not to revert back to bad behaviours

he has worked on this for Years and he has grown Leagues since he first made his blog, but one of his biggest flaws and weaknesses is definitely that so much of his perception of his own worth hinges on day to day interactions with people. when he makes mistakes, when he accidentally speaks out of turn or does something that accidentally hurts someone, he takes that and sometimes blows it out of proportion, which isnt exactly the most helpful thing for the person who is hurt and for yourself...
he also still expects to be socially punished for certain things and when situations make him feelĀ āotheredā again, he has the tendency to avoid them and remove himself from the equation rather than confront it and talk it out, which has caused some friendships to wither
