For the best BBQ experience ever, try these Big Boys' Beef Burgers. With beer-infused meat, bacon, and gooey cheddar on top, these burgers are a flavor explosion that will satisfy any meat craving.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1 cup beer choose a flavorful one. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. 6 burger buns. 6 slices cheddar cheese. 12 strips bacon, cooked crisp. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for garnish. BBQ sauce for drizzling.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together. Mix everything together well. Make 6 patties of the same size out of the mixture. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. The patties should be grilled for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. In the last few minutes of cooking, cover the grill and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the burger buns for one to two minutes, until they are just beginning to turn golden. Put one patty covered in cheese on each bun. Then add two bacon strips, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top of each patty. Enjoy the Big Boys' Beef Burgers while they're still hot!
