So a last minute jobs books in yesterday on the 15th floor (top floor) of this tower block, and the lift only goes as far as the 14th! After lots of fights with the lift and a few things getting carried down all the stairs, we took the 1st load to the new address, only to find out its a ground floor flat with miles to walk to the carpark!
