I wanted to ask if you'd recommend mgs 5 phantom pain, because I've been thinking about getting it, but I'm having a hard time deciding. A few people told me to play it, but right now I'm a bit iffy. In your opinion, is it a good game?
YES. HELL FREAKIN YES!! I’ve had the game for about…. 3 / 4 months ?? and i’m still having fun finishing off all the side missions and (attempting) to complete it to 100% :’D
mgs:tpp was my first playthrough of the whole mgs series which is funny seeing as mgsv is the last in the series.
While there are elements in the game that are references to previous games i managed to grasp the story without any knowlage before hand. The game informs you pretty well if you listen to the cassette tapes it gives you throughout the game. i mean, after i completed the game it compelled me to play/find out about the other games and now i’m stuck in mgs hell (it’s worth it)
also, you get to pet dog 11/10 gameplay
