Flamecast Wheel– Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

This bronze wheel is hot to the touch, and made of several interlocking bands. At the center of its hollow circle sits a small, red spark. While holding the flamecast wheel, whenever you make an attack or cast a spell that deals fire damage, it deals an additional 1d6 fire damage. In addition, the flamecast wheel has 5 charges. While holding the wheel, you can use an action and expend a number of charges to cast one of the following spells: firebolt (1 charge), burning hands (2 charges), scorching ray (3 charges), or fireball (4 charges). Your spellcasting ability for these spells is Charisma or your own spellcasting ability, whichever is higher. When you expend the last charge from the flamecast wheel, its brass bands shatter into pieces, and you roll a d20. On a roll of 1, the spark at the center of the wheel grows into a raging fire, resulting in a fireball spell, centered on you.
