Cause come on. She lost her barely used Tumblr and her Ko-fi no one supported. Also giving out your real name online? I mean that doesn't do much. If they really wanted to doxxx her we would ha e phone numbers, address, PayPal, and her real name. I got my real name out there. And if someone got ahold of it. Nothing would happen.

This was all ruse to distract from the fact she told a minor how to make her fics more rape fetishy.

And before you guys screech we must be some conservative prudes and never done anything like this shit when we were 14 you are certainly wrong and missed the point of why everyone is upset. Sure most of us read and look up that some fucked up shit on the internet when we were her age. But that is still not the point. Y'all just big mad you are now lumped together with her.

/squints/ Your posts don't sound anti to me. Sounds to me like you're just saying it like it is. The show's writing is kind of, uh... problematic.

I would’ve said it could have been a little bit of all of the above, but I agree that it’s the writers’ fault that his response seems hard to understand now.

At face value I definitely feel like the reaction was a big “What the fuck??” But I’m just really hoping there’s more. 

Obviously to come back from that reaction, after all the episodes leading up to it, some extravagant strides would need to be made. The “in spite of all evidence, this is ridiculous” is just... 

I mean for just about any other character in the show, the reaction makes sense with little or no explanation. But with Ed, either Oswald is out of his league, the deception of Babs started in that moment (such as, he could believe it, but it’s already a power play), or straight up writers not giving a fuck. But they gotta, don’t they?
